采购助理（供应商开发）

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the management of the company s clothing, accessories, shoes an d bags an d other related suppliers, assist the superior to complete the daily management of suppliers;

负责公司服装、饰品、鞋包等相关供应商的管理，协助上级完成日常供应商管理的工作；

2. Develop new suppliers of clothing, accessories, shoes an d bags, communicate an d negotiate appropriate prices;

开发公司服装、饰品、鞋包等相关新的供应商，协商并谈判得到合适价格；

3. Follow up the real-time status of suppliers, review an d evaluate the suppliers, provide appropriate suppliers to the production department to meet the output of the production department;

跟进供应商的实时状态，对供应商进行审核评估，提供合适供应商给到业务部门，满足业务部门的产量；

4. Work closely with development/merchandising/quality departments to ensure that the status of suppliers meets production needs;

与公司开发/跟单/质量等部门紧密合作，确保供应商的状态能满足业务的需要；

5. To investigate an d analyze the market situation, to ensure that the company s products can grasp the newest market trends an d put forward recommendations;

对市场行情进行调查与分析，保证公司产品能掌握市场的最新动态并提出建议；

6. Assist product department to finish the quality control of supplier s products;

协助各部门完成对供应商产品的质量把控；

7. Assist head office/overseas branch to complete supplier implementation an d management in China;

协助总部/海外分公司完成中国供应商的实施与管理；

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

完成上级安排的其他任务。

Qualifications

1. More than 3 years working experience, purchasing experience is preferred;

三年以上工作经验，有采购经验优先考虑；

2. Familiar with market conditions an d prices of clothing, accessories, shoes an d bags;

熟悉服装、饰品、鞋包等市场行情及价格；

3. Good communication an d coordination skills, negotiation skills an d cost awareness;

良好的沟通协调能力、谈判能力和成本意识；

4. Meticulous an d serious work, strong sense of responsibility, quick thinking, good team spirit;

工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有良好的团队合作精神；

5. Have good professional ethics an d accomplishment.

有良好的职业道德和素养。
